Terms & Conditions
By booking a session with Stills by Sanaya, you agree to the following terms.
Your session is confirmed once your booking has been accepted and any agreed booking requirements have been completed.
I completely understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Cancellations are not entertained.
Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your session. Late arrivals may reduce the available shooting time.
The safety and wellbeing of your children always comes first. Sessions are relaxed and child-led, and I never expect little ones to smile or cooperate on cue.
Your final edited gallery will be delivered within approximately 2–3 weeks. Only fully edited, high-resolution images are delivered. RAW (unedited) files are not included or shared, as they do not represent the final quality or artistic style of my work.
Images are edited in my signature style. Additional editing requests beyond my standard workflow may incur an additional charge.
All photographs remain the copyright of Stills by Sanaya. Clients are welcome to print and share their purchased images for personal use. Images may not be altered, heavily filtered, edited, sold or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
I love sharing beautiful moments from my sessions on my website and social media. If you would prefer your photographs not be used for marketing or portfolio purposes, simply let me know before your session and I'll happily respect your choice.
For sessions outside my local area, the client is responsible for any agreed travel expenses, including transport and accommodation where required.
While every effort is made to deliver the highest quality service, Stills by Sanaya is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, venue restrictions, equipment failure or other unforeseen events. In the unlikely event that I am unable to photograph your session, every effort will be made to reschedule.
